Back by Popular Demand, A Passion for Justice is returning to the city of Lights, Las Vegas, Nevada on May 7 & 8, 2010, Cashman Field Theater. Buckner previewed her show in Las Vegas in 2008 and was a huge success.  Thanks to all of the supporters. 

Troy Buckner brought her experience to her home town April 20, 2007 at the Monroe Civic Center Auditorium. There was a large turnout from her home town Lake Providence both young and young at heart.  Her spirit was touched in a very special way and this is one night of togetherness shared amongst friends that she will never forget.

Troy Buckner day viewed her phenomenal experience in the city of Lights, Las Vegas, Nevada on November 9th & 10th, 2006.  The play received some extraordinary reviews.  The Division of Child and Family services was please to have Ms. Buckner share her aspirations with the young women.  They were accorded a chance to experience the enrichment of seeing a live play coupled with a book reading by a real author.  For many of them, this was first time experience and they were left in shear awe.  Many commented that they were inspired to write their own stories.  Ms. Buckner left and indelible impression that these young women will not forget.

Troy Buckner was featured on the cover of the September issue of the Hollywood Weekly Magazine along with her inspiring heartwarming story. She was also be featured in the September, 2005 Fox Hills Digest. 

The week of August 3-6, 2005, Troy Buckner day viewed her phenomenal experience, 'A Bird In Flight on Broken Wings' stage production on the Family Expo Stage at the TD Jakes MegaFest in Atlanta, Georgia.  She got great reviews from spectators from all over the world.  Thanks to Bishop TD Jakes and the Potter’s House for extending us this opportunity to be a part of the greatest event in the world.

The production recently toured North Charleston in July and the response was out of sight.  The people of N Charleston are still expressing their comments about the production.  WJNI, 106.3 sponsored a beautiful ‘meet and greet’ for the cast.  Thanks guys.  The show will be brought back to the area by popular demand in February of 2006. Tickets were donated to the teen pregnancy homes and several women shelters. Royal Baptist Church extended their love and support in a great way for the production.

Troy Buckner day viewed her phenomenal experience, 'A Bird In Flight on Broken Wings' stage production at the Rivercenter Theatre in Baton Rouge, LA. She got rave reviews from spectators and the media. Professor Marvin Broome, from LSU and Senator Sharon Weston Broome were in attendance with a host of other renowned individuals. Ms. Buckner donated over 200 tickets to college students, inmates from several correctional centers, halfway houses and battered women shelters of all races. She received comments by many of the attendees that her play/experience was life changing. When asked how she felt about the success of her show, she quoted, 'If one life is changed thru my testimony, then this journey is worth every bit of brokenness I had to endure,' unquote.

Troy Buckner  made an appearance on TBN with Dr. Josie Carr, from New Light Church, Houston and Daystar Network in Houston, Texas, The Cassandra Talk Show, Issues in Baton Rouge, LA.   The showcase of A Bird In Flight will be held at The Power Center, Houston, Texas.
